About the Role As a Flex Staffing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Amazon's high-volume recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring activities for Amazon Direct Hiring, including candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Assist with candidate processing steps and onsite readiness, such as check-in support and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate and timely records within our systems
• Collaborate with onsite operations to confirm schedules, start dates, and priorities
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

• Experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working onsite with walk-in and appointment traffic
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with common systems and tools such as email, calendar, and ATS/HR systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
